Two to three cups of coffee per day could help cut dementia risk


The research, published in JAMA and led by scientists from Mass General Brigham, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, analyzed the health records of 131,821 American nurses and other health-care professionals for up to 43 years. Researchers assessed participants’ diets and any dementia diagnoses, cognitive decline and scores on cognitive tests.
