Shop Uniqlo’s Editor-Loved JW Anderson Jeans

If there’s one thing we know well at Who What Wear, it’s jeans. Day in, day out, we cover the biggest denim trends, the best new fits and the brands fashion people consistently come back to. And while there are countless great denim brands out there, right now, there’s one high-street brand’s denim that feels a cut above the rest: Uniqlo.

The brand’s ongoing collaboration with JW Anderson continues to deliver wardrobe staples that feel far more premium than their price tags suggest. Among the tailored shirts and perfectly cut tees, it’s the jeans I can’t stop thinking about—specifically, the Straight-Leg Jeans. After seeing them consistently pop up on my socials, I started asking around the office, at which point two of my fellow editors described them as “the best jeans they’ve ever owned,” admitting they now own them in multiple colours.

Available in three lengths—29, 31 and 33 inches—and a wide range of waist sizes, they’re designed to actually fit properly, which already puts them ahead of many high-street pairs. The washes are equally strong: a light blue, a classic mid-wash and a deep indigo that looks particularly expensive.

The straight-leg silhouette itself is timeless; clean, simple and slightly French in feel, making them the kind of jeans you’ll wear with everything from blazers and loafers to simple tees and ballet flats for years to come.
