Reviving Venezuela’s oil business will ‘take time’: Phillips 66 CFO


After reporting strong fourth quarter earnings results and strong demand, Phillips 66 CFO Kevin Mitchell joins Yahoo Finance Executive Editor Brian Sozzi on Opening Bid to discuss how the oil refiner views broad oil (CL=F, BZ=F) demand if drilling operations were to resume in Venezuela and the work needed to revive the nation’s oil production infrastructure.
