Rapper Offset stable after being shot in Florida, rep says


The rapper Offset is stable after he was shot in Florida, a representative for the artist said Monday.

Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, is being closely monitored, the spokesperson said.

TMZ first reported the shooting. According to the site, he was shot near a casino in Hollywood.

The city’s police department did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The rapper, who is from the Atlanta area and has three children with Cardi B, gained fame as a member of the trio Migos.
