Crowds of angry protesters stormed the Kuwaiti consulate building in Iraq’s Basra after rockets fired from the direction of Kuwait hit a house in nearby Khor al-Zubair, killing at least three people and wounding five others, officials said. Footage shows police firing tear gas at the crowd.
