Power returns to east-end Toronto after 13,000 left in the dark for hours Saturday night




The outage began just after 8 p.m. Saturday, and service was fully restored just after midnight, according to Toronto Hydro, that pointed the finger at ‘defective equipment’ as cause of the disruption.
