‘On Deaf Ears’ quest walkthrough in Arc Raiders

The Arc Raiders “On Deaf Ears” quest is one of the most difficult in the latest update because while you only need to interact with four separate computers, the game doesn’t indicate where any of them are, and it takes place on the game’s most difficult map, Stella Montis. Thankfully, it does not need to be completed in the same round, so if you get eliminated at any step of the quest, you can pick up right where you left off.

Here’s how to complete “On Deaf Ears” in Arc Raiders and send all the data to Lance.

‘On Deaf Ears’ quest steps in Arc Raiders

“On Deaf Ears” has four steps:

  1. Find the researcher’s guest logs on the reception computers.
  2. Find where the researcher held their lecture, and access their notes.
  3. Find information about the prototypes on the Medical Research computers.
  4. Find the printed shipping logs in the Assembly Workshops.

Below you can see the exact location you need to go for each step in Stella Montis.

First up, you need to head to the reception of the Business Center, which can either be accessed by entering from the west through the Lobby, or heading north from the Cultural Archives and Auditorium. The enormous “Reception Business Center” graphic on the wall will let you know you’re in the right place. Interact with the computer behind the desk to tick off the first step.

Next up, just take an immediate right turn into the Auditorium. There’s a single computer on the desk at the front of the room, facing the chairs, that you can interact with for this step.

Now you have a bit of a trek on your hands, as you need to get to Medical Research. You can head directly west from the Lobby and across the Loading Bay to get here quickest, just watch out for the Bastion in the Loading Bay. We’d recommend sticking to the top floor and using the zipline to cross. Any computer in this area will do the job, but the one we used is starred on the map above.

Finally, the Assembly Workshops are your last port of call, the same place you needed to go for the “With A View” quest. No need to hunt for loot this time though, you just need to go to the control room to the northeast of the location, on the top floor. In the corner of this room, you’ll find the shipping logs atop a cardboard box.

With that objective complete, you’ve finished the quest! Congratulations, and check out our guides for “Combat Recon,” “The League,” and “A Prime Specimen” if you’re tackling the other new quests.
