Went to an election watch party, that turned into an academic forum with all the celebratory air sucked out of it, as the panel was stacked with pessimists who see the failures of electoral politics and are not shy about describing them. Still, it was an enjoyable outing, with food provided by Hampton Hub. They’re the community heroes feeding hungry school kids too.
