Nike Air Foamposite Pro ‘Voltage’ Release Date HF0794-002

Nike’s futuristic Foamposite line has been chugging along for nearly 30 years at this point and has produced countless colorful spins on the molded polyurethane sneaker. And yet, there are still a handful of original 1997 releases that have yet to resurface in their original form, although it looks like the Beaverton, Ore.-based sportswear company is doing its best to rectify those reissues in 2026.

After early news surfaced in August of a Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Voltage” return, the anticipated sneaker release is now just weeks away. Official Nike e-commerce images show the upcoming style in all its details, and it looks like the brand has done a satisfactory job re-creating the original. The shoe features a predominantly black molded polyurethane upper that’s accented with a bright Voltage Yellow on the Swoosh, tongue and heel. A smokey rubber outsole completes the stealthy look.

While the return of the Voltage style will surely be enough to make most longtime fans happy, some enthusiasts have pointed out that the shade of Voltage Yellow on the ’26 reissue appears to have more of a green hue than the original yellow look. Despite any slight color discrepancies, this pair should prove popular for spring and summer weather.

There will be plenty of other Foamposite highlights throughout the year. Nike is also set to reissue 2015’s Gym Red Air Foamposite Pro with carbon fiber and snakeskin textures. Also returning for the first time is 2013’s “Green Camo” Air Foamposite Pro. Meanwhile, new additions will join the lineup including a premium glow-in-the-dark variation and a set of styles inspired by NCAA football.

More immediately, the Nike Air Foamposite Pro Voltage will be released on May 8 from Nike’s Snkrs app and select Nike Sportswear retailers for $240. The sneaker’s full colorway is Black/Voltage Yellow and its style code is HF0794-002.
