Minister Sidhu to attend G20 Trade and Investment Ministerial Meeting in South Africa

This week, the Honourable Maninder Sidhu, Minister of International Trade, will participate in the G20 Trade and Investment Ministerial Meeting in Gqeberha, South Africa.

While in South Africa, Minister Sidhu will engage with G20 counterparts to discuss South Africa’s G20 priorities, including trade and inclusive growth, industrialization, sustainable development and World Trade Organization (WTO) reform. He will also advance Canada’s trade diversification agenda by meeting with international partners in South Africa to discuss trade priorities and promote Canadian businesses and innovation on the global stage.
