Klint Kubiak continues hiring former Denver Broncos assistant coaches.
Kubiak, the new head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, has hired Zach Azzanni as the team’s new wide receivers coach. Kubiak had two stints in Denver, overlapping with Azzanni in 2018 and again in 2022. They will now reunite in Las Vegas as Azzanni is following Kubiak to the Raiders.

Azzanni, 49, coached Broncos receivers from 2018-2022. Since leaving the club in 2023, Azzanni has spent time with the New York Jets (2023) and Pittsburgh Steelers (2024-2025) before returning to the AFC West. Las Vegas will mark his fifth team in the NFL, and his fourth team in a five-year span.
Azzanni is the fourth ex-Broncos coach Kubiak has hired, joining assistant head coach Mike McCoy, special teams coordinator Joe DeCamillis and senior offensive advisor Rick Dennison. Kubiak also retained ex-Denver defensive coordinator Joe Woods as his pass game coordinator.
