Josh Jacobs is lone player not practicing for the Packers on Dec. 10

GREEN BAY – Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs is the lone player who didn’t participate in the team’s Dec. 10 practice.

During the media’s open portion of practice, Jacobs was on the sidelines on a rehab bike and doing a separate workout as the rest of the team practiced inside the Don Huston Center. Emanuel Wilson handled the starting running back duties in Jacobs’ absence.

Jacobs suffered a knee contusion during the Packers’ Week 11 game against the New York Giants and missed the following game against the Minnesota Vikings. He’s played in the last two games against the Detroit Lions and Chicago Bears and posted a combined 169 rushing yards and a touchdown.

Besides Jacobs, the rest of the players on the active roster were on the field and several players returned as the team prepares for the Denver Broncos, the AFC’s top seed.
