Jersey and Guernsey will face each other in the first round of qualifying for the 2028 T20 World Cup.
The Channel Island sides have been drawn to play in Qualifier A in Cyprus between 16 and 23 May, with the winners side progressing to the final round of European qualification.
For the first time ever, both teams reached the final qualifier for the 2026 T20 World Cup earlier this summer.
Jersey – who have made final qualification for each of the last five T20 World Cups – beat first-time qualifiers Guernsey by 22 runs when they met in the Netherlands in July.
The island sides have been drawn alongside Austria, Croatia, Cyprus, France, Malta, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland in Qualifier A.
Scotland, who Jersey beat in the summer, are in Qualifier B being hosted by Denmark next July, while Qualifier C takes place in Finland in August.
The three group winners will progress to a round against the European sides that qualified for the 2026 T20 World Cup, Italy, Ireland and the Netherlands.
