IPL 2026 – Prasidh Krishna, Rashid Khan and Lungi Ngidi move up in Purple Cap race


Ravi Bishnoi of Rajasthan Royals (RR) is on top of the table with seven wickets from three games at an average of 11.71. On the back of his 2 for 52 in four overs against DC, Prasidh Krishna, who finished with the purple cap last year, has moved up to No. 2. He took a wicket off his first ball of the match and also played a starring role in helping GT defend 210 in Delhi. With two runs to win off the last ball, he produced a slower ball to beat David Miller and produce a run-out that ended the game in favour of his team.
