Intention to transition to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and Voluntary Delisting from the TSX Venture Exchange


TORONTO, ONTARIO – 18
February 2026 – Amaroq Ltd. (AIM, TSX-V, NASDAQ Iceland: AMRQ, OTCQX: AMRQF), an independent mine development corporation focused on unlocking Greenland’s mineral potential, announces that it has applied for a voluntary delisting of its common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”). The delisting is intended to be effective as of the close of trading on 19 March, 2026. The Company’s common shares, in the form of Depositary Interests issued by Computershare Investor Services PLC, will continue to trade on AIM, Nasdaq Iceland and OTCQX.
