India’s Refiners Delay Maintenance to Stabilize Fuel Supplies


However, Nayara Energy Ltd., a private company backed by Russian oil giant Rosneft PJSC, will proceed with a month-long shutdown from April 9, after deferring the maintenance for several months, Sharma said.
