Gen Z credit scores are suffering as they open more credit cards


Gen Z consumers — and spenders — are opening more credit card accounts at higher rates than any other generation. The one big drawback is that their credit scores are paying for it.

Yahoo Finance Senior Columnist Kerry Hannon explains how Gen Z credit scores are suffering, according to a new FICO report, as they utilize credit cards as a sort of financial cushion for paying bills.
