On Saturday night, Dua Lipa and fiancé Callum Turner celebrated Valentine’s Day with an appearance at the 2026 Berlinale Film Festival. The two attended the premiere of Turner’s forthcoming film, “Rosebud Pruning,” where Lipa embraced the enduring naked dressing trend on the red carpet in a sheer custom Chanel gown.
Designed by Matthieu Blazy, who was appointed artistic director of Chanel in December 2024, the “Levitating” singer’s body-hugging dress was defined by an intricate openwork crochet fabric. The gown was designed with a gently folded off-the-shoulder neckline, forming a sleek, straight line along the collarbone. Towards the bottom, the silhouette shifted into a voluminous, feathery finish, creating a striking textural contrast against the airy knit. Given the completely see-through design, Dua layered the piece over high-rise black briefs for coverage.

Described as a “friend of the house,” Lipa has cultivated a close relationship with Chanel, starring in the brand’s Chanel 25 handbag campaign in early 2025. She also attended the 2025 Met Gala in a custom, 1920s-inspired Chanel gown featuring 45,000 embroidered elements, a design that required 2,000 hours of work.
On the red carpet last night, Lipa paired the gown with Christian Louboutin’s celebrity-loved So Kate pumps in black patent leather. She leveled up the look with a rare Bulgari Serpenti necklace—boasting two serpent heads—from the house’s Serpenti collection. Lipa’s hair was slicked back into a tight bun, complemented by a soft, understated makeup look.

Turner, on the other hand, was clad in a head-to-toe Louis Vuitton look, including a light-brown twill wool jacket and matching trousers. He layered the sharp suit over a light blue button-up, a light gray printed silk tie and the luxury fashion brand’s Sierra Derby shoes. Directed by esteemed filmmaker Karim Ainouz, the actor’s latest movie, “Rosebud Pruning,” also stars Elle Fanning, Pamela Anderson and Riley Keough.
