Denmark intelligence warns of election interference from Russia, US


In a statement published Friday night, the Danish Security and Intelligence Service said it is “highly likely” that Denmark is a prioritized target for Russian influence activities due to the Nordic nation’s support for Ukraine. It also cited rising tensions over Greenland, a semi-autonomous territory within the Kingdom of Denmark, saying the U.S. bid to take control of the Arctic island has fuelled misinformation that could cloud the vote.
