BYU football star Parker Kingston has been jailed without bail on a first-degree felony rape charge, according to local reports.
The charge came after a year-long investigation. The 21-year-old Kingston’s charge stemmed from an incident in February 2025.

Kingston becomes the second BYU football player in the past year to face rape allegations. In May 2025, former quarterback Jake Retzlaff was accused of rape in a civil lawsuit before the case was dismissed with prejudice over the summer. Retzlaff transferred to Tulane after the lawsuit was dismissed.
