Holiday concerts tend to invite a little extra polish, and for iHeartRadio Z100’s Jingle Ball, Brooks Nader leaned into a familiar sharp note — returning to Saint Laurent’s Casanova slingback pumps at Madison Square Garden on Friday night.

Her black patent slingbacks featured a sharply pointed toe, a narrow, low-cut vamp and a slim back strap that secured the silhouette at the heel. The patent pump’s pointed toe ran long past the ball of the foot, a proportion seen across Saint Laurent’s lineup, including silhouettes like the Vendôme and Apolline.

She paired the slingbacks with a strapless ruched Magda Butrym silk mini dress in cream polka dots paired with sheer black hosiery.

The Jingle Ball appearance marked another outing for the Casanova within Nader’s ongoing Saint Laurent footwear rotation. In September, she wore the same slingbacks to the Daily Media Awards in New York with a GapStudio by Zac Posen dress. Earlier that month, she spent Labor Day shopping in Beverly Hills in Saint Laurent’s Babylone mules, a ruched peep-toe style with logo hardware, before changing later in the day into white peep-toe pumps. Across those appearances, she has consistently favored slim vamps, tapered points and open-back constructions.

Black patent slingbacks haven’t been limited to Nader’s rotation. Reese Witherspoon wore a pointed pair in New York while promoting “The Morning Show,” and Alix Earle paired a similar slingback with a white Tom Ford minidress at the MTV VMAs. In recent months, Michelle Williams, Kim Kardashian, Amal Clooney and Barbara Palvin have each turned to slingback versions from labels including Saint Laurent, Prada and Betsey Johnson.

At Jingle Ball, Nader joined her sisters — Grace Ann Nader, Mary Holland Nader and Sarah Jane Nader — onstage as presenters at Madison Square Garden. The lineup included performances from Ed Sheeran and Reneé Rapp, among others. The holiday concert is scheduled to air nationally on ABC on Dec. 17, with streaming on Hulu the following day.
