Biographical notes



Graham Dattels (BA Hons [International Development and Social Anthropology], Dalhousie University, 1998; MSc [Management of Non-governmental Organizations], London School of Economics and Political Science, 2001) started his international career working for non-governmental organizations in Honduras and India; he joined the Canadian International Development Agency in 2003.
