Amanda Seyfried attended the Tory Burch show during New York Fashion Week on Wednesday, wearing a full ensemble from the brand, completed by a snakeskin version of the popular Pierced pump.

Part of the Pierced collection, the Pierced pump features an aerodynamic two-tone metal embellishment on the vamp. The silhouette stands out as well, with a subtle pointed toe and curved heel, the latter creating a convex shape. Tapping into the popularity of snakeskin shoes, this particular pair, worn by Seyfried, was crafted from snake-embossed leather in an earthy white and black colorway. This version of the shoe retails for $525.

Seyfried’s shoes accompanied a light blue A-line midi skirt with a sharp slit and a gold collared top with a wrinkled effect. The skirt featured silver detailing which aligned with the metallic top.

Fashion writer and analyst Mandy Lee, known for creating the “freaky shoes” trend on TikTok, is a fan of the Pierced pump and considers Tory Burch one of the standout brands creating unconventional shoes. The Pierced collection also encompasses boots, as Zoey Deutch has showcased, in addition to other shoe styles and additional items.

Another unusual shoe from Tory Burch is the peep-toe pump featuring not only a mini peep-toe opening but also a twisted heel; Emma Roberts, Natalia Bryant and Ciara have tried out the look.

The latest collection, which paraded on Wednesday, promised more unique footwear, from loafers to mary janes.
