After Nine Years, The Live-Action Hitman TV Show Is Dead



Some nine years ago, it was reported that John Wick creator Derek Kolstad was making a live-action Hitman TV show for Hulu. But now, it’s “dead in the water,” according to Kolstad himself.

He told The Direct that the project–for which he was going to be an executive producer and writer–is no longer going ahead. “It’s a little bit of a dagger in the chest. Who knows nowadays, but it’s dead in the water. But, man, I love that thing, because I love that game and I love that character,” he said.

“Nothing’s happening with that man, sadly,” he added.
