October is shaping up to be an exceptionally busy month for game releases, and one of these is Kingdom Hearts Collection [I~III] for the Switch 2.
Ditching the cloud for a proper native release, many fans have been eagerly waiting for this for quite some time. But if you’re looking to install absolutely everything in one go (the collection will split the releases out into three separate apps), you might need to clear some space.
The eShop listing for the collection confirms that it will collectively take up a total of 131GB of space if you want to install everything. Separate purchases are also available, however, with each release taking up the following storage:
Adding this together actually comes to a total 126.1GB, so there’s an interesting discrepancy here when compared to purchasing the collection in one go. We’d probably recommend ensuring you have at least 130GB spare, just in case.
Square Enix has also released a 25th anniversary video for Kingdom Hearts to mark the occasion, so do give it a watch if you’re interested.
