Save Over $30 on the White Xbox Elite Series 2 Core Controller at Amazon

The countdown to Prime Big Deal Days is officially underway, with just a few days left to go until its start on October 6. In the lead-up, though, Amazon’s been dropping some great discounts on a variety of items, including gaming-related goodies. For Xbox fans, the white Xbox Elite Series 2 Core controller is one that’s had over $30 slashed off its price tag there, dropping from $149.99 to $111.74.

To be more specific about how much you’re saving, it’s $38.25, which isn’t too bad at all. Especially ahead of the retailer’s second big Prime Day sale, it’s a welcome discount to have pop up. If you’ve been in need of a controller upgrade for your console, or maybe something to use when playing games on PC, the Elite Series 2 Core is certainly worth a look.

In terms of Xbox controllers, this one is our favorite high-end pick thanks to its “ample customizability”. It features adjustable-tension thumbsticks, a wrap-around rubberized grip, and shorter hair trigger locks alongside interchangeable components and plenty of button mapping options, so you can fully build it out to suit your playstyle.

It also has a rechargeable battery that can last you up to 40 hours on a single charge. That’s a big positive for those hoping to sink their teeth into some big games this fall (GTA 6, anyone?).

As of the time of this writing, the white model is the only one marked down to this price at Amazon. But if it’s the one that’s caught your eye, this is a great time to grab it. We’ll be on the lookout for even more Xbox deals like this one as Prime Big Deal Days approaches, too.

It’s worth keeping in mind that unlike June’s Prime Day event, which lasted for four days, this sale only runs for 48 hours until October 7. That’s not very long, so make sure to mark your calendar and set a reminder so you can take advantage of all the best deals when they go live.
