Well, that was fast. Warner Bros. has posted a social media ad highlighting the deeply divided critical response to Tom Cruise and director Alejandro G. Iñárritu’s new film Digger just hours after the review embargo was lifted.

The movie, which opens in theaters October 2, currently has a “rotten” score of 52% on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes and a score of 44 on Metacritic. (Cruise’s lowest-rated film on Rotten Tomatoes is Cocktail with 11%.)

As Entertainment Weekly reports:

“The ad begins with a quote from X user @thejonathansim: ‘Digger is an ambitious film sure to polarize audiences.’ It then cuts to a clip from the film featuring Cruise’s Digger Rockwell saying, ‘You know what? F— those people!’ The rest of the ad shows positive and negative phrases from various reactions to the film flipping back and forth on screen including ‘unpleasant’ and ‘masterpiece,’ ‘baffling’ and ‘brilliant,’ and ‘insufferable’ and ‘magnificent’.”

IGN’s Michael Calabro was on the mixed side in his Digger review, awarding the film an “okay” score of 6 out of 10:

“Digger’s satire may not change your thinking on global warming, but there are excellent performances and more than a few laughs… Digger is far from a must-watch, and if the trailer has you feeling skeptical, save your money. The theater experience won’t change your mind, and the laughs that are there still will be when it hits HBO Max.”

Billed as “a comedy of catastrophic proportions,” the satire stars a nearly unrecognizable Tom Cruise as tycoon Digger Rockwell, whose oil drilling operations spark a global disaster.

Digger opens in theaters October 2.
