Powerful nor'easter hits North Carolina, Virginia, New Jersey: "It's very scary"



A powerful nor’easter hit several states on Thursday, starting with North Carolina’s Outer Banks, with surging water washing out on the main highway connecting the barrier islands. Tom Hanson reports and Rob Marciano has the forecast.
