After what’s felt like a yearslong hiatus, Pamela Anderson is back in her makeup era.

The “Baywatch” star — who first declared the end of her high glam run three years ago, after the 2019 death of her longtime makeup artist, Alexis Vogel — made her Milan Fashion Week debut on Tuesday in a Cleopatra-esque beauty look, featuring smoky black shadow and a ring of eyeliner crafted by the Pat McGrath team and artist Dmitry Kukushkin.

Paired with a gold, bubble hem caftan from Ferragamo, the shape of her shadow — a flat, elongated triangle, which traveled over her lids and protruded from her outer corners to the tips of her skinny brows — resembled that of Cleopatra.

But her eyes also followed beauty‘s growing affinity for grunge and indie sleaze aesthetics, with generous swipe of dark shadow melting with smudged liner at her inner corners like she’d only just returned from a night at the club.

The rest of her face was bare and pale, except for her natural freckles that formed a scatterplot from one cheekbone to the other. Her lips were also subtly embellished with a pale pink gloss that challenged the Gothic glam north of her nose.

On Instagram, Anderson shared a behind-the-scenes look at her beauty prep, courtesy of her vegan skin care line, Sonsie. “I’m convinced skin just looks better raw,” she said, noting her decision to team a bold eye with a naked complexion.

Anderson opted not to experiment too much when it came to her hair. She trusted her longtime stylist John Nollet, the same artist who brought her strawberry-ginger persona to life late last year, to construct bouncy barrel curls à la ’50s film actresses. The color was its usual platinum shade with a touch of brown at her roots.

Nollet and Anderson collaborated on a similar hairstyle the 2026 Kering Foundation Caring for Women Dinner earlier in September, only here her curls were teased and combed as if she’d slept in them. Anderson was spotted with her platinum bob tousled and tangled at the Tory Burch fall 2026 ready-to-wear show during New York Fashion Week in February, too. These messy waves and wispy bangs, however, were her own doing, according to Nollet.

While it’s clear the on-screen star has no issue rattling the cut, color and style of her hair, she’s rarely strayed from a makeup-free visage in the last few years (until now), fronting a skin-first face instead. Her routine is simple. Most of the products she uses are from Sonsie, which she re-founded with her two sons, Brandon and Dylan, in January 2024, about a year after cofounders Marie von Behrens-Felipe and Roberto A. Felipe originally launched the brand.

As previously reported by WWD, her top three products are the Cleansing Mousse, $32; the Super Serum, $64; the Basic Balm, $22. Additionally, “The Last Showgirl” star uses Sonsie’s Multi Moisture Cream, $48, which acts as a “deep hydrating treatment” with ingredients such as glycerin and hyaluronic acid.
