Man shot by ICE returns to hospital from detention center with left-side paralysis, attorney says



Wilber Rafael Garces Perez, a Venezuelan man who was shot by ICE on Sunday while making a DoorDash delivery, is back in the hospital after he was quickly transferred to a detention facility following the shooting. Jason Allen reports.
