The Miami Dolphins’ Week 2 injury report is a little more impactful than the report they had heading into last week’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders when everyone finished the practice week available for the game. This week, as the Dolphins prepare to face the San Francisco 49ers, Miami may find themselves without key players.

Linebacker Ronnie Harrison, who played nearly half of Miami’s special teams snaps against the Raiders, remained sidelined at Thursday’s practice after missing Wednesday’s workout as well. He is dealing with a hamstring injury.

Edge rusher Chop Robinson was also out of Thursday practice as he deals with a concussion. He was a limited participant on Wednesday, marking a downgrade in his status and bringing his availability for Sunday into question.

Long snapper Tucker Addington, who sustained a shoulder injury against the Raiders, and rookie tight end Seydou Traore, dealing with thumb and Achilles injuries, were both limited in Thursday’s practice. That matched their participation status from Wednesday.

Safety Dante Trader, Jr., and quarterback Malik Willis were both listed on the injury report but participated fully in practice on Wednesday and Thursday. Trader is dealing with a hamstring issue, while Willis has a toe problem.

The 49ers’ side of the injury report included kicker Eddy Pineiro and wide receiver De’Zhaun Stribling missing practice Thursday. They both also did not workout on Wednesday. Pineiro has an illness while Stribling has an ankle injury.

Running back Kaelon Black, defensive end Nick Bosa, fullback Kyle Juszczyk, tight end George Kittle, and defensive end Keion White were all limited on Thursday. Black was added to the injury report with a groin issue. Bosa returned to practice after a rest day on Wednesday, but is also dealing with a knee injury. Juszczyk has a finger issue, while Kittle has an Achilles injury and White has a back issue; all three were also limited on Wednesday.

San Francisco listed linebacker Dre Greenlaw, defensive end Khalid Kareem, running back Christian McCaffrey, cornerback Upton Stout, and tackle Trent Williams as full participants at Thursday’s practice. Greenlaw, McCaffrey, and Williams all returned from a rest day on Wednesday; Greenlaw is also dealing with an Achilles issue. Kareem is an upgrade from being limited on Wednesday as he works through a shoulder injury while Stout remained a full participant despite an Achilles issue.

Both teams will update their injury reports on Friday, providing a game status designation. The biggest question for Miami will be the availability of Robinson, who is the top edge rusher on the Dolphins’ depth chart.
