John Zerucelli has a new spokesperson.
Ty Willness announced on LinkedIn that he’s joined the secretary of state for labour’s office as a press secretary.
“Thrilled to be in Ottawa supporting the work of government at this critical time,” Willness said in a post on the site.
Before making the move to Ottawa, Willness worked in communcations at the Calgary Chamber of Commerce from 2025 to 2026.
Moving to the opposition benches, Bryn Tenasco-Teixeira is now leading the office of Conservative MP Kerry Diotte.
She announced on LinkedIn that she had started a new position as Diotte’s chief of staff, bringing her back to the Hill for the first time since early 2025.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity and look forward to supporting MP Diotte and serving the constituents of Edmonton Griesbach,” she wrote.
“Excited for this next chapter in Ottawa!”
Tenasco-Teixeira had spent the past year working in Ontario politics as the executive assistant to Natalie Pierre, the parliamentary assistant to the province’s to minister of sport.
She worked on the Hill from 2022-25, last serving in the office of Conservative MP Shannon Stubbs, who like Diotte represents an Alberta riding.
