Tony Romo apologizes after pleading no contest to OWI: “None of this is an excuse”


Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo pleaded no contest on Tuesday to a civil charge of operating while intoxicated. He explained how football injuries led to painkillers and eventually alcohol, but also took responsibility for what he called failures. Mark Strassmann reports.
