Olivia Rodrigo took the stage at her inaugural Daisy Chain Fields music festival held Aug. 29 in Irvine, Calif. Joined by a slew of other female artists, Rodrigo performed before a huge crowd, celebrating all things music and female empowerment.

The “Drop Dead” singer certainly dressed the part of a carefree festivalgoer, clad in a coquettish all-white mini dress complete with daisy-centric accessories. The musician’s look featured thin spaghetti straps with black accents attached that transitioned into a plunging neckline.

The garment was form-fitted but flared out at the skirt, creating movement and shape. The skirt was trimmed with sheer lace, a dainty and feminine touch. Mid-performance, Rodrigo popped on what appeared to be a faux daisy in her hair, coordinating with a band around her arm affixed with silky white ribbons and more flowers.

A festival favorite, Rodrigo opted for tan knee-high boots, a utilitarian style that blends form with function. The shoe choice appeared to be Frye’s Campus leather lace-up boots, which currently retail for $149.99 on the brand’s website. Lace-up closures ran across the shoe, transitioning into rounded toes and block heels.

The footwear choice is comfortable enough to stand in for hours on end, while the soles provide a non-slip feel, preventing any accidents on stage. Many prefer to wear boots for music festivals because they can usually withstand hours upon hours of walking. They also deter any dust or sand should a gust of wind send substances flying into your shoes.

Stevie Nicks and Alanis Morissette served as special guests during Rodrigo’s set. Nicks opted for her usual witchy and whimsical style, clad in a black button-down collared top and a blush pink voluminous skirt reminiscent of a tutu. Morissette went the grunge route in a plaid flannel, black cami, and a floral maxi skirt with yellow trim.

Daisy Chain Fields is a music festival started by Rodrigo set to take place today, Aug. 29, in Irvine, Calif. The lineup consists of all-female acts, including Rodrigo, Chappell Roan, Doechii, and The Breeders, among others. 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales went to women-centered non-profits. Thanks to her ticket sales, Rodrigo was able to raise over $10 million.
