Cameras are now rolling (and cars are likely exploding) for ‘Extraction 3’, the latest entry in the successful Netflix action franchise that stars Chris Hemsworth as Aussie mercenary Tyler Rake.

Now, Deadline brings word that Pierce Brosnan (‘The World is Not Enough’), Don Lee (‘Eternals’), Joe Taslim (‘The Furious’), Chi Lewis-Parry (‘28 Years Later: The Bone Temple’) and Siena Agudong (‘F9: The Fast Saga’) are all joining the cast.

Director Sam Hargrave is also back to wrangle the action madness with cast members Idris Elba and Golshifteh Farahani returning.

What’s the story of ‘Extraction 3’?

While we know that David Weil (‘Hunters’) is writing the script, the exact plot details are a mystery for now. But we can expect more crazed action from Tyler and the gang as they’re dispatched on another mission.

When will ‘Extraction 3’ hit screens?

Netflix has yet to confirm a debut date for the new movie, but with production underway, it should be ready for a 2027 release.
