Judge delays Mangione’s state trial after lawyers sought dismissal


NEW YORK — A judge Monday delayed Luigi Mangione’s state murder trial while he considers arguments that Mangione cannot be tried in state court now that he has pleaded guilty in federal court to stalking charges in connection to the death of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
