2026 has been all about the minimalist shoe for Hailey Bieber. The model has been spotted wearing so many trends of the year, from capri pants with thong-heeled sandals to midi skirts and mules, Bieber has stuck to a handful of styles and brands, especially when it comes to her footwear.

Bieber attended the 2026 WWD Style Awards presented by Women’s Wear Daily at Regent Santa Monica Beach on Jan. 9 in Santa Monica, Calif. She wore an Armani Privé Spring 2009 couture dress in a metallic silver featuring intricate crystal fringing. She paired the midi dress with black leather mules, one of the trendiest shoe styles of the year — and one of her most worn shoe styles as well.

The model was spotted with her husband, Justin Bieber, as they arrived at a Skylark party at The Twenty Two to celebrate the 2026 World Cup finale in New York on July 19. Bieber wore a slipdress with thong sandals, the go-to summer 2026 uniform for “It” girls, to the event.

She paired a vintage burgundy Christian Dior by John Galliano fall 2005 micro mini slipdress with The Row Sacha heel thong sandal. Made with a napa leather upper and a leather sole, the Sacha features a cushioned leather footbed, an almond toe and a thick heel. For other low-key outings, she has also reached for the Toteme leather heeled flip-flops.

The Rhode founder has also been having a bit of a love affair with Saint Laurent this year. Bieber was dressed by the fashion house from head to toe when she attended the 2026 Met Gala, celebrating “Costume Art,” held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 4 in New York. She wore the Saint Laurent Babylone sandals in metallic gold leather with a gold and blue Saint Laurent gown.

The Babylone style is a laced stiletto sandal that is decorated with the brand’s signature Cassandre, which is made from bronze-tone metal. The almond-toe silhouette connects the slim toe straps on the upper at the center of the foot. The 3.5 inch heels also have lace-up ankle straps that wrap around the calf and connect with caged straps along the shoe counter.

Custom shoes were also a major aspect for the model this year, wearing a variety of tailor-made shoes to various events. Bieber was spotted leaving her hotel en route to a Met Gala after party on May 4 in New York City.

For a night full of parties, she wore a white Dilara Findikoglu spring 2026 mini dress with matching Paris Texas Custom Lidia Mules in white, featuring a crisscross strap design. The original Lidia mules feature a single strap over the toes and a pin-thin heel. She has worn similar mules by Manolo Blahnik, Jimmy Choo and more.
