Hand to heart, I thought my festival days were behind me, and yet, here I am planning my outfits for Outside Lands in San Francisco. Stationed at Golden Gate Park, it brings a glorious mix of chilly weather, clouds, and the feeling of frolicking through the forest rather than dying of heat stroke in the desert. If there is a music festival to attend as an almost-30-year-old with lower back pain and limited patience, it’s this one. The outfits one wears at Outside Lands are also right up my alley: lightweight jackets, lots of denim, and comfortable sneakers, which are the exact pieces I’ve shopped out below.
