Caitlin Clark Debuts New Multi-color Nike Caitlin 1 ‘All-Star’ Sneaker

Just when it seemed like the only WNBA All-Star iteration of Caitlin Clark’s debut signature sneaker would be the player-exclusive White Label style, the Indiana Fever star revealed a vibrant new look ahead of Saturday’s tip-off.

For Clark’s second WNBA All-Star Game, the star debuted a previously unseen Nike Caitlin 1 colorway that would have been a perfect match with the uniforms worn by Team WNBA during 2024’s match-up against Team USA.

Whether an intentional nod to the ’24 jersey or not, Clark’s latest Nike signature sneaker colorway is also her loudest with a vivid mix of yellow, orange, pink and blue. The pair shifts between colors with a gradient effect, offering a sharp contrast to the predominantly tonal Caitlin 1 styles we’ve seen thus far.

Social media reactions to the new colorway were overwhelmingly positive, with many fans suggesting Nike should release the shoes.

“Nike leaving money on the table not dropping these. Even if it was a limited batch, released only in Chicago. This is the color way you drop to inject energy and get people wanting more,” @_Brotha_d wrote on X.

Clark herself was also enthusiastic about the unreleased style. “I think these will be a favorite,” she wrote on her Instagram story.

And speaking with ESPN ahead of Saturday’s game, Clark alluded to a possible February release for the multicolor Caitlin 1. “This is a pretty fun pair. I think it’s like Valentine’s Day edition, you’ve got the [heart] charm on there,” Clark said.

Later, after the game, Clark told reporters she considered it her first “true All-Star Game.” Despite being voted in, the Fever star was injured during 2025’s game, while the aforementioned ’24 event saw a unique contest between Team WNBA and Team USA instead of a typical game.

According to Nike, Clark worked closely with the company’s designers to fine tune the Caitlin 1 to her liking, “obsessing over every detail.” The result includes a new Nike Opticast technology which doubles as a support structure while also featuring repeating CC and 22 nodes.

The Nike Caitlin 1 will officially debut on Oct. 1 for $140 in its Racer Blue colorway with availability from nike.com and select Nike Basketball retailers. FN will update readers as more details are confirmed on the All-Star Game style.
