I must admit, I’m tired, so very very tired, of writing about Trump and about Canada’s problems dealing with him.
Today, Canada concluded negotiations on a new free trade agreement with the UAE.
This deal mean lower tariffs, new opportunities for Canadian workers, and better access to the UAE’s $700 billion economy for Canadian businesses.

The Gordie Howe Bridge opening ceremony was Friday – finally

Canadian media have been playing Gotcha! games with Carney about how Canada convinced Trump to let the bridge open.
Moving on, I saw many posts that people in Toronto were just delighted the Billy Bishop airport expansion idea is quashed:
Today’s decision is the result of a massive effort from the Ontario NDP, organizers on the ground, and the people of Toronto who said: No Jets TO.
It was collective power that made this issue impossible for the Carney government to ignore.

In reality, of course, he has absolutely no sense of humour.
