Vernon, B.C.-based husband and wife team Corinne and Brian Misko are best known for this sweet, thick and smoky, apple, cinnamon-scented creation prime for chicken and pork. But really, you can put it on everything. It gets bonus points for being gluten free and made with ingredients you can pronounce.
