Nike Air Foamposite Pro ‘Green Camo’ Release Date IM5204-001

One of the Foamposite franchise’s most memorable graphic print treatments is coming back to the Nike Air Foamposite Pro in a matter of weeks.

News of a Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Green Camo” reissue first emerged nearly a year ago and now, the release is finally imminent. First introduced at retail in 2013, the Air Foamposite Pro Green Camo features a molded polyurethane shell decked out in a full woodland camouflage pattern. It also includes a gum rubber outsole, military-inspired neon green accents and a chevron-patterned heel tab which is unique to this specific colorway.

At the time of the Green Camo colorway’s arrival in ’13, graphic-printed Foamposite styles were a relatively new concept. One year prior, Nike introduced the coveted Galaxy Air Foamposite One colorway, effectively ushering in a new craze of patterned designs. Other notable pairs to feature graphic-adorned uppers include Supreme’s 2014 Versace-inspired collaboration, the Tianjin and Tianjin 2.0 looks and the radar map-covered Weatherman makeup.

First introduced in 1997, Nike’s Foamposite franchise remains futuristic looking nearly three decades after its arrival. And next year, Nike will honor the enduring line with a special 30th anniversary spin on the Air Foamposite One.

Beyond the core Foamposite models, the technology continues to inform modern Nike sneakers such as the G.T. Future basketball sneaker and the upcoming women’s-exclusive First Sight Shadow. It’s also been a muse for brands outside of Beaverton, making its way into high fashion through designs like Balenciaga’s Basketball Sneaker.

Other upcoming Foamposite launches of note include a four-pack of NCAA football-themed Air Foamposite Pros, the return of the “Dr. Doom” Air Foamposite Pro and a fully glow-in-the-dark Air Foamposite Pro.

The 2026 retro of the Nike Air Foamposite Pro Green Camo will be released Aug. 14 from Nike’s Snkrs app and select Nike Sportswear retailers. The sneaker’s full colorway is Black/Voltage Green/Gum Dark Brown and its style code is IM5204-001.
