Is there anyone who knows what the rules around mandatory overtime is in BC? My employer has been asking for a lot of it lately and multiple times hasn’t told us that we have to come in on Saturday or Sunday until the Friday before, after also requiring extra time during the week too. Are they allowed to do that on such short notice? Who would I contact if they’re not?
