BIV launches fifth edition of BC500

Business in Vancouver’s flagship publication spotlighting the 500 leaders behind the province’s biggest ventures, deals and decisions

BIV is proud to announce the release of the latest edition of BC500, a definitive list profiling the 500 most influential business leaders in British Columbia.

This highly anticipated publication, now available online for BIV subscribers, continues the tradition of recognizing the visionaries, innovators and trailblazers who have significantly impacted the province’s communities, industries and overall economy.

Now in its fifth edition, BC500 is the culmination of months of in-depth research and discussions, led by BIV‘s award-winning editorial team. Each leader featured in this edition has demonstrated remarkable professional contributions, earned significant peer recognition, received notable awards, and shown a strong commitment to community involvement and non-profit work. They are considered to exemplify the modern values of leadership, including engagement, trust, corporate citizenship and inclusion.

This year’s 160-page book categorizes leaders by aspects of influence and success, such as advocacy, knowledge, service, impact and transformation. Those included were asked to select broad industry and business categories to which they contribute—such as real estate, economic development or professional services. All leaders are listed by those categories at the back of the magazine.

Subscribers can find the digital version of the publication here, and print and all-access subscribers will receive a printed copy of the book along with their weekly newspaper. Hard copies of BC500 may be purchased here.
