Church’s is welcoming everyone into “The Residence” for spring/summer 2027 with three men’s product families for the season — Townhouse, Cottage and Villa — each defined by its own mood, setting and tempo.

According to the Prada Group-owned English footwear brand, the Townhouse grouping is “shaped by the codes and cadence of sophisticated social gatherings, drawing on vintage references, yet distilled through clean, contemporary lines, giving the collection the poise of formal footwear with a lighter, more modern sense of presence.”

Standout styles in this category include the polished fumé leather of the Tayport derby, while the Taunton loafer introduces a more relaxed note, crafted in ocean calf leather. In the Thirsk brogue, wingtip detailing is created exclusively through stitching and perforation, rather than cuts in the leather, giving the shoe a particularly refined precision.

As for Cottage, Church’s is calling this grouping “a more relaxed chapter of summer” or “unhurried sophistication,” designed for long lunches, garden paths and weekends.

Highlights here include the Tavistock, offered in checked fabric or antique-finish goat leather, which possesses a soft, lived-in character, while the brushed leather version — also featured on the Tain chukka boot — suggests a more versatile attitude, moving effortlessly between country and town, the company said.

As for the Villa grouping, Church’s said these styles for conceived for long summer evenings that may require a loafer.

Highlights include the Jason, crafted using California construction — traditionally associated with house slippers — which lends the style an exceptionally soft and flexible lightness. A leather sole and highly cushioned insole provide both comfort and substance, enhancing its effortless ease of wear. Meanwhile, the Telford loafer, is distinguished by its refined apron stitching, which brings a subtle sense of originality to the upper.

And as a closing chapter to “The Residence,” Church’s also presents a special project dedicated to Shannon, one of the house’s most recognizable icons, first introduced in 1974. Remaining faithful to the shoe’s essential proportions and leather sole, this new expression is reimagined in Doha calfskin, the most prestigious leather in Church’s production, and finished through hand-dyeing and hand-antiquing with airbrushing techniques.
