Women’s T20 World Cup – Prema Rawat replaces Shreyanka Patil In India’s squad


This is Rawat’s first call-up to the national side. She has played two seasons of WPL for the Smriti Mandhana-led Royal Challengers Bengaluru. She was part of the India A squad that is in England for a six-match white-ball series starting with the T20s on June 20 in Northampton. Rawat, 24, was part of the Rising Stars Women’s Asia Cup, taking eight wickets at an economy of 4.27 in India A’s march to the title.
