This week’s roundup for staffing changes on Parliament Hill.

We’re starting this week’s Hill Movers in the Indigenous services minister’s office.

Alicia Castelli is now the director of operations in the Mandy Gull-Masty’s office.

“I am honoured by the opportunity to continue serving Canadians and look forward to supporting work that advances reconciliation and contributes to meaningful outcomes for Indigenous communities across the country,” Castelli wrote in a post on LinkedIn.

Prior to the move, Castelli worked in the same role for the justice minister’s office for seven years, between 2019 to 2026.

Ryan Figliano (LinkedIn)

Over on the Conservative side, Ryan Figliano is now the manager of the Conservative Caucus Services.

“Looking forward to working alongside such an amazing team and supporting Conservative Members the best I can,” Figliano said in a post on LinkedIn.

Figliano was a communications and stakeholder engagement advisor at the House of Commons between 2024 to 2026.
