Chinese Consumer Inflation Unexpectedly Stalls Despite Oil Shock


The consumer-price index climbed to 1.2% from a year earlier, rising at the same pace as in the previous month, according to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on Wednesday. The median estimate in a Bloomberg survey of economists was 1.3%.
