Gordie Howe Bridge will open this week, Mark Carney says




After years of construction delays and months of political tensions amid the Trump trade war, the $6.4-billion Gordie Howe Bridge linking Windsor and Detroit is ready to open, Prime Minister Mark Carney said Tuesday.
