Kroger to pay $1.25 million to settle California false advertising lawsuit


Kroger will pay $1.25 million to settle a California lawsuit alleging the company displayed inaccurate calorie counts on several of its Carbmaster bread products, according to the Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office.
